Yesterday Sean, Wesley and I started a new tradition. We went and picked out fish for the koi pond. I'm hoping when Wesley is older he'll be able to pick the fish out himself but for now he just looked in amazement at the tanks and tanks of fish while we picked them out. The store also had stock tanks full of bullfrog tadpoles and huge snails along with water lillies and other assorted pond plants. They had tanks of koi and goldfish. I love the look of koi but I have a goldfish budget. We left with a big bag of six palm sized goldfish.
