I will be the first to admit my love for animals, I've been nuts over animals for as long as I can recall (hence my own "zoo" at home). So when I learned that our city zoo just had a baby giraffe and opened a new penguin exhibit I knew I had to go. So today my mom, friend Jessica, her son Alex, Wesley and I went to the zoo. It was great fun. Wesley slept most of the time in his stroller but I didn't think he would get much out of it anyways being so small. It was just nice getting out of the house for the day, sometimes I feel really cooped up in here. The zoo will be a lot of fun once Wesley is old enough to know where he is, can't wait!
